The weather during the first week was not what we would have liked better weather the first week but the second week made up for it. The balconey chairs may have to be replaced as they are atarting to come away from the frame

The condo provided everything we needed, a good variety of restaurants within 5 miles.We appreciated the recent renos and upgrades that were done to the condo we stayed at, we will be back!

We like the Chateaux building . This is our second stay there however #204. Is in desperate need of updating, in particular the bathroom. The furniture upholstery had several dirty marks. The kitchen utensils are in very poor condition and very few. The bedspread is dark.brown and has probably never been cleaned..we had to remove it and purchase a blanket.

We love Indian Shores. This was our second year there. The Chateau is located directly on the beach. Watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Very spacious living room. Excellent food nearby. Usually prepared our own breakfast and lunch. Loved walking on the beach and picking up shells. We are golfers, so enjoyed the golf courses nearby. Very relaxing there, and friendly people. The only negatives were the flatware was slightly sparse and mixed, and we like a better shower in the bathroom. Overall a very pleasant vacation.

Great location directly on the beach, close to shopping, fleamarket, fishing and great food. We've stayed there the past 3 years and always have a hard time when we have to head back home. It has become our home away from home. Don't expect too much inside, but remember Heaven is on the outside and you have a front row seat for all the action.

RELAXING BEACH EXPERIENCE

Chateaux is a very quiet and relaxing location. It was a bonus being able to step outside the pool gate and be on the beach. Sunsets were spectacular from our balcony facing the gulf. Would highly recommend #204.The only thing I would change is the shower curtain.

The apartment was in an amazing location, overlooking the beach, we spent many evenings watching the sunsets. There was also a great coffee shop and Seven Eleven both a 5 minute walk away. The apartment had everything you needed with a great pool area, good parking and laundry facilities. We will definitely returning next year!!

We stayed in unit 204 for a week in mid-May. The unit was clean and well maintained. The weather was mid 80s all week and the water temperature was perfect (estimate of 80 degrees). We were very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

Nothing but praise all round, third time at Chateaux.Just one thing - I left our precious ANTLER luggage weighing device. Hoping your cleaner has been able to locate it? I'll pay for postage!

The only negative we had was when we tried to place a deposit for 2013, the receptionist would not take our deposit as she claimed she did not have sufficient info for the dates in 2013. I suggested she take the deposit and get the info later----she said no. It was a little frustratingTed
