The house offers a lovely furnished portico, a private pool and nicely furnished interiors. The location of Casa Marco is ideal to discover the beautiful art cities of Tuscany and northern Umbria.

The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The property owners run a small farming estate near Siena producing olive oil and wine (DOCG "chianti colli senesi") available to be purchased.
