After a small hall we find a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a closet and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. A staircase leads to the second floor, with a double bedroom and a panoramic terrace (of about 20 sqm) where you can enjoy the view of olive groves and vineyards. On the terrace we can find external furniture.

The structure is divided into three apartments (Geranio, Margherita, Ortensia), all with private entrance and small private outdoor area, equipped with garden furniture; so it's also possible to eat outdoors.
On the back of the property there is a space used like private car parking for 3 car (one for each apartment), while a common outdoor space (of about 20 sqm) is located on the main front with barbecue and games for children.
The Holiday home is open all the year and this, will allow you to admire the beauty of the tuscan countryside also in autumn and winter. In this two seasons you can visit the many local festivals and fairs, where you can taste all the local product, like mushrooms, truffles, oil and wine.
