The tower is located in the small Umbrian town of Grutti, a short distance from important places of interest such as Todi, Spoleto and Foligno. Used long ago as a fortress, it became the headquarters of the "Compagnia del Cappelletto", one of the 14th century's most famous companies of mercenary soldiers. The 8 apartments are located within the 3 story tower, and are all conveniently accessible by an elevator inside. The furnishing is comfortable. In the garden beneath the tower's imposing walls there is a swimming pool overlooking the valley and its olive groves, vineyards and woods.
Distances: Grutti with a minimarket, shops and restaurants a few metres away, Collazzone with all kinds of shops 8 km away, Todi 15 km, Montefalco (enchanting medieval village) 16 km, Perugia 38 km, Assisi 40 km away.
