GROUND FLOOR:

The main house has a vast living room with panoramic windows and an open fire place. Furnished in a simple but classy Italian style, this room offers plenty of space for all the guests to spend the evening together. There is a separate TV lounge with satellite TV, dvd player free internet connection and seating on sofas for 10 people.


Across a patio and linked by a covered walkway is the large, fully equipped kitchen.
The big kitchen is fully equipped: kitchen instruments and silverware, microwave and electric oven, fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher.
In a separate room: washing machine and dryer.

At mealtimes you can have lunch on the 10 metre single slab of polished marble used as a dining table or take your aperitivo on the cotto terrace, floodlit at night. The property is offered on a self catering basis, or it can be catered as required. The spacious dining room accommodates a long table easily large enough to seat 20 people.

FIRST FLOOR:

the 6 bedrooms in this part of the property are accessed from the ground floor via an internal stone staircase.

1 X double bedroom and staircase up to a private bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom in this room is private to the room but not actually en-suite to the bedroom.

Please note that double beds are fixed and cannot be separated in to twin beds. It may be possible to add some additional beds in to some rooms.

It is only 25 minutes away from Siena by car, 35 minutes from Arezzo and 50 minutes from Florence. Also very close to the "Crete Senese", the famous clay hills of clay and Travertine, and the towns of Montalcino and Pienza with their amazing architecture and famous wines.
