The sea in front is within the bounds of the Cozumel Reefs National Park. This home is located just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15 minute drive to downtown San Miguel. This luxurious home is part of the gated community Costa del Sol, with 24 hour security, 135 ft pier, 400 ft beach, infinity pool plus children's pool. Diving clubs can rent multiple homes in the community to accomodate larger groups. Just ask me about this.

This four-bedroom single-family home has three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bath. And, an incredibly huge second floor master suite with double bathroom. There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the "million-dollar view" from the second floor deck which will accomodate a large group. The first floor is spacious and open with a completely equipped kitchen which flows into the large dining room with seating for twelve. The living room, as well as the first floor master bedroom, is a wall of windows with a direct view of the water.
