Accommodation

Bedrooms:
The house provides four bedrooms, sleeping a total of 8 persons. All the bedrooms benefit from classy teak wooden floors, a selection of Thai silks and fabrics, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, double beds and tremendous sea and jungle views. All the rooms are elegantly appointed with your comfort in mind.

Bathroom:
The four bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms that own showers, toilets and wash basins. The master bathroom owns a majestic Jacuzzi positioned next to a window that allows for Patong Bay and the Andaman Ocean to be viewed whilst you soak and absorb the picturesque nature surroundings.

Kitchen:
The western styled kitchen has a real countryside home feel about it, with the usage of light reds and browns, which create a nice atmosphere. The large selection of appliances includes a four-ring stovetop, oven, grill, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a wide selection of dishware and cutlery.

Living rooms:
The lounge provides that unique spectacle which few properties fail to provide. With stunning vaulted wooden ceilings, teak floors and wood paneled walls encased by windows that just roll away to create an open-air living arrangement, this is something a bit unique. Imagine sitting back on your black leather settee and enjoying entertainment options such as a large TV with international channels, a DVD player and a surround sound music system, whilst gazing out over the surrounding jungle terrain and the distant Andaman Ocean. Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
