Set within a wonderful countryside environment between Nai Harn and Rawai, Villa Anandita is a three bedroom pool villa that bestows picturesque mountain views and a rubber plantation environment. Situated within a 10 to 15 minute drive of the bays of Rawai and Chalong, and also Nai Harn Beach, this is one of Phuket most sought after tourist regions. The villa is surrounded by a tall perimeter wall that allows great privacy when relaxing in the landscaped garden or taking a dip in the private swimming pool. Strolling through the Balinese style entrance gates, you will find a courtyard and lotus pond with stepping stones that leads to the entrance of the villa itself. From this point, you will enjoy the soothing ambience of the 32sqm private swimming pool in all its glory. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful sandstone deck in close proximity to a Thai Sala, which is home to a wooden table and chairs for six persons. The garden, aside from being a subtropical oasis, has outdoor BBQ facilities and many seated areas in the sun or shade. Accommodation

Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms all have air-conditioning, double beds, handmade wooden wardrobes, spacious environments and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom provides you with amazing pool access. With a few footsteps, you can be out of bed and straight into the cooling waters of the pool. The Master also owns a king-size bed, tremendous wooden vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning, and a supreme outdoor ensuite bathroom. Bedroom number two also opens up poolside through sliding doors, while bedroom three opens up near the Thai Sala.

Bathroom:
The three bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. The bathroom for the Master Bedroom is stunningly poisoned in the open-air with a stone bath, showers, toilet and wash basin. The two remaining ensuite bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins.

Kitchen:
The western style kitchen is part of the open plan living space, providing guests with modern appliances such as a stovetop, oven, toaster, dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator and a freezer.

Living rooms:
The main attraction of the open plan living space is the lounge area with patio doors that open up directly poolside. Imagine lounging on your very own comfortable wicker settee and absorbing the therapeutic sounds of the pool. If you desire entertainment options, the villa has more than enough to keep you amused. Enjoy taking advantage of options such as a large flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD player, CDRW, I-Pod and MP4 connection, and a karaoke machine. There is a wide selection of DVDs available for use when booking this fantastic property.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
