This classy three-bedroom Modern Asian pool villa is the quintessential holiday home. Situated on a gated private estate with 24-hour security just 100 meters from Bang Tao Beach, this is one of the top beachside destinations on the island. The moment you arrive at the villa, you will enter the premises through remote controlled gates that open up to a large landscaped garden and car parking space for three vehicles. The interior of the home is classy in appearance but also maintains that homely feel. With three bedrooms, and a private swimming pool which is the centerpiece of the entire property, the aesthetics and facilities are second to none. A mixture of ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning throughout the villa gives you lots of choice. The high ceiling also provides tremendous airflow. This elegant villa ideally caters for every type of holiday, whether singles, couples or families.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms in the villa, which all enjoy the choice of ceiling fans or the refreshing airflow of the ducted air-conditioning. The Master Bedroom is fully laden with a fine selection of Asian artworks and wooden fixtures that create an edgy yet comfortable vibe. The king size bed is the ideal place to lounge whilst enjoying the choice of international Satellite TV channels. This bedroom enjoys superfluous poolside views and direct access. The two guest bedrooms have a similar layout, both sporting king size beds, walk-in wardrobe rooms and ensuite bathrooms.

Bathroom:
There are four bathrooms in the villa, three of which are ensuite, while the fourth is a standalone bathroom for guests with a toilet and wash basin. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom in the open-air, with a soothing Jacuzzi, showers, wash basin, toilets and a b-day. Stargazing whilst soaking in the Jacuzzi is something that everyone should try once in their lifetimes. The two guest bedrooms have fully equipped bathrooms with toilets, wash basins and showers.

Kitchen:
The western style kitchen is part of the open plan living space, perfectly positioned next to the dining area with its 6-seat wood/glass dining table. The kitchen is very spacious with granite work surfaces and many wooden units ideal for storage. The appliances include a Samsung microwave, refrigerator, two- ring gas stovetop and extractor. There is also a nice selection of dishware and cutlery available for your usage.

Living rooms:
You enter the open plan living room directly through double teak doors at the entrance. Once inside, you will notice the area is surrounded by tall glass windows which overlook the private swimming pool and the surrounding lily pond water feature. Features such as the sleek wooden vaulted ceilings and a choice of teak furniture create an Asiatic paradise to unwind amongst and absorb. The teak settee and cushioned chairs seat seven persons and provide a great vantage point to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Sit back and relax whilst viewing international satellite channels on your very own Samsung flat-screen TV or watch a DVD. The open spaces of the living area make for a very comfortable environment.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
