Vacation Home Rental Description:
Antiques, unique collectables, along with numerous mirrors keep Central Oregon?s light in every corner of this great home. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms keep everyone happy in this great location! We've added another full bed in the landing upstairs to offer more sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked and it's so nice to be able to have visit while you cook with the group sitting at the bar that seats four. And remember two (medium please) dogs are welcome - there is an additional charge. The barbecue can be used either on the front porch or the side deck. i-pod console in the kitchen too.

A bit pricy for what you get. John C. from Torrance, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 31 days in December, 2012 The place is okay. Carpets are old and stained and the furniture is old and obviously handed down. The value just is not there for the price. Bt the property management people are okay and responsive. Liked the place Dara S. from Beaverton, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 its was a great place to stay, clean, had almost everything. I was a bit disappointed there was no A/C and the yard was very sad. there wasn't much of anything out in what they called a back yard. The weed wasn't pulled and the outdoor seatings were dirty and uninviting. but inside the house was great other than, we think someone (maybe management) came into the house and didn't lock the front door. I know I checked the deadbolt before leaving the house. The house is not advertised as having A/C and I am sorry if you thought there was A/C ~ my hopes are you used the available fans.I am sorry that the yard was not up to parr and my hope is that we are able to help you in the future, address any concerns during your booking processand absolutely during your stay. This vacation rental was so much better than a hotel for 6 of us Reviewed by: Debbie S. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 This rental was very conveniently located to the river, baseball field, Old Mill district and downtown. Having a kitchen made it convenient for all the different morning schedules and we were able to cook some delicious salmon dinners. Loved our vacation in Bend, OR and would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a vacation there. Baseball tournament weekend. A guest from Oregon City, Oregon recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 We didn't spend much time at the house while we were in town. But the house had everything that we needed. It is much nicer and more room than a motel. We really liked parking in the garage. |

Some Mild Problems but Little of Serious.Note Susan B. from Longview, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 Just a few comments to explain why my experience was not a 5 star one.The bar was way too high to eat at and one chair (of only 4) at the table was way too soft and low. Thus, though 8 people might stay there, only 3 could sit comfortably at the dining table and none at the bar(this was the most serious problem). There were stains in the carpet in a number of places - please consider removing them with Folex (found on the bottom shelf at Fred Meyer). My bed (in the SW corner bedroom) was indredibly comfortable - I'd love to know what kind of mattress it was - please inform. It was also lovely to be able to come back to this nice a home and spend time in the evenings with my relatives. Very nicely appointed, with a very comfortable living room. Thank you. The property management was good, although someone needs to seriously review/edit the application form - there are a multitude of grammatical, spelling, and syntax problems with it. Your company will come across as far more professional should you decide to do so. All things being said, however, yes, I would recommend you to friends.Note: I have not noticed whether or not my deposit was refunded as yet, but I know we spent very little time there and did no damage. |
