Location

The convenient location of the property in Nai Harn is ideally positioned with a five minute drive from the beach, which is one of Phuket’s finest. A myriad of international restaurants, bars and convenience stores are only a five minute drive away. Famous Phuket tourist attractions such as the Laem Promthep Viewpoint, Chalong Temple, Phuket Zoo and the Big Buddha monument are within a ten minute drive. Famous beachside areas such as Karon and Kata are also only a ten minute drive away. Nai Harn is situated on the beautiful southwest coast of the island, but is ideally located so you can have that subtropical holiday of your dreams.

Kitchen:
The European styled kitchen is luxurious blend of gleaming white granite work surfaces and light brown wooden units that come together to make this one of the most scenic kitchens in our collection. Alongside the beautiful aesthetics of the kitchen, you have a choice of modern appliances at your disposal, such as an oven, stovetops, a blender, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, refrigerator, grill, toaster, juicer and a microwave.

Living Room:
The lounge is one of those rooms that inspire you. From the ultra-luxurious U-shape leather settee, to the wide patio widows that open up to reveal an expansive covered terrace just footsteps from the pool. Imagine lounging on the sofa and viewing the dramatic sea-views directly from your living room. Although the lounge is a great area to chill out, there is also a TV room, which is ideal for families who enjoy entertainment options. Within the room, you will find a 50 inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a Bose surround sound music system. On the lower level, you can also experience the games room with its own a pool table, table tennis table and a bar with lots of seating. The TV room also faces the ocean, which makes this room as near to perfection as possible.

Bedrooms:
Essentially, Andaman View has four bedrooms, although a separate utility/maid room could be converted to a fifth. The four bedrooms are spread over the two levels of the house, all owning ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms benefit from king-size beds, while the remaining bedroom is home to two large single beds, which is the ideal room for families with children. All the bedrooms open up onto balconies with sea-views or directly poolside. The master bedroom owns a stunning ensuite bathroom with a beautiful Jacuzzi.

Bathrooms:
All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showering facilities, wash basins and toilets. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a stunning Jacuzzi/bathtub.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
