Please keep in mind that the amount of numbers you have booked for the villa is fixed, so unfortunately, any extra guests you invite might incur extra charges.

Location

As far as locations in Phuket go, Sunstone Villa is the place to be. Superbly situated in the picturesque Nai Harn on the southwestern coast of the island, you couldn’t find a better place to holiday. With just 1km to the ever-beautiful Nai Harn Beach and Nai Harn village with its vast array of top quality International restaurants and convenience stores, you are ideally situated to enjoy a peaceful existence within close proximity to the facilities that matter when you are holidaying. Rawai Beach and the famous tourist attraction of the Laem Promthep viewpoint are also within a 5 minute drive. Popular coastal destinations such as Karon and Kata can be reached within 15 minutes, and Patong within 20 minute. Chalong, with its great shopping centers, the Big Buddha and Chalong Temple, is also a 10 minute drive of the villa.

Kitchen:
The ultra modern design values of the European styled kitchen prove the quality of this kitchen is in the pudding. With a selection of black granite work surfaces, dark wooden units and colourful paintings on the walls, the area is perfectly colour coordinated. The choice of modern appliances include an centrally located extractor fan, coffee and tea making facilities, refrigerator, freezer, stovetops, oven, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

Living Room:
With a mixture of light tones and a smattering of exuberant colours, the living room projects an air of elegance. The luxurious leather U-shape settee is the focal point of the lounge, looking out towards the terrace, swimming pool and the surrounding luscious vegetation. The entertainment options include a large 50 inch flat-screen TV with over 40 international channels, a DVD player and an I-Pod docking station.

Bedrooms:
Sunstone Villa is fundamentally a six bedroom abode, although in special cases, the maid’s room can be used as an extra bedroom. Without bringing the maid’s room into the debate, the house comfortably sleeps 12 persons. All the bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom sports a beautiful king-size four-post bed, walk-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with not only a shower, but also a large oval bathtub. The master is also home to a large balcony that highlights the amazing beauty of the surrounding vegetation. Three of the remaining bedrooms also benefit from king-size beds, with last two bedrooms owning twins and bunk beds.

Bathrooms:
All six bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wwas basins. The master bedroom also benefits from an oval-bathtub.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
