The location of the property is superbly placed between Nai Harn Village and the beach. This ensures that within a 10 minute walk in either direction, you can be at Nai Harn Beach or a large selection of convenience stores, bars and international restaurants. If you want that special holiday home retreat, look no further than Sapphire Villa. Please bear in mind that the amount of people booked in this villa is fixed, so if you want more guests to stay, extra charges can be incurred.
Kitchen:
This European styled kitchen is very modern, with gleaming black granite work surfaces and dark wooden units. The adjoining breakfast bar is geared towards informal dining. The selection of modern appliances includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and washing machine. All your self-catering needs are completely taken care of.

Living Room:
The open plan living space in Sapphire Villa provides direct access to a large terrace area, where you will find a great selection of wicker furniture, allowing you to take a refreshing outside drink whilst purveying the jungle laden surroundings. The living room itself is dominated by a luxurious settee looking out towards the pool. From the comfort of the sofa, you can enjoy entertainment options such as a flat-screen TV with international channels. There is also a DVD player and surround sound system. Sit back and absorb the Asian artworks within the room, which ensure you remember which continent you are on.

Bedrooms:
With four comfortable bedrooms fitted with an array of comfortable fixtures and fittings, the villa sleeps 8 persons. The master bedroom has a picturesque king-size four-post bed. The main guest bedroom has a king-size bed, with the two remaining bedrooms benefitting from two twin beds, and a bunk bed. All the bedrooms are decorated in white and light browns to give the rooms an earthy ambience. The room cling poolside, or offer direct access to the expansive terrace.

Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with not only a walk-in shower, but also a luxurious bath. The main guest bathroom and the twin bedroom share a family/guest bathroom. The final bedroom with the bunk beds has its own ensuite bathroom, which is ideal for families with children.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
