Upstairs the balconied bedrooms four en-suite have individual access overlooking the pool and beyond to the ocean and Pratumnak, South Pattaya. The ground floor offers a further two bedrooms en-suite, maid’s quarters, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The great lounge is equipped with two sofa sets, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo hi-fi system and wireless facilities. The pool side has a built in BBQ and sun beds to enjoy the best of the Thailand sunshine. Pratumnak Hill House provides a perfect location just a five minute walk to the South Pattaya beaches, close to many famous restaurants “Cabbages and Condoms” to name just one and very easy access to all major attractions including Pattaya Water Park a perfect day out with the children. Affordably luxurious accommodating up to twelve persons in total comfort, a free car is provided with daily maid service and all utility charges up to 57 units per day.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped with a range of modern appliances, including both a microwave and a conventional convection oven, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Living Room:
Décor is entirely contemporary, elegant yet fresh, style and functionality melded perfectly. The main living area is divided into a dining section which seats six, a large lounge area seating twelve, large flat screen TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs four very large bedrooms with a beautiful private balcony of their own, overlooking the tropical gardens and pool below. A further two large en-suite bedrooms opening on to pool.

Bathrooms:
The en-suite bathrooms are well appointed and spacious some with adjoining dressing rooms.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
