If ever a villa was designed to provide the ultimate in family holiday accommodation, then Baan Duan Chai is it. The garden is almost entirely given over to a large pool, featuring several subtly artistic fountains at one end. Closer to the villa entrance, the pool incorporates a an integral children’s pool. Sun loungers line the pool, tucked underneath shading flowering scented trees. Inside, the decor is practical yet stylish, perfect for those holidaymakers with boisterous young ones, hard wearing yet attractive. Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms have en-suite wet-room style bathrooms, large and well appointed. For those families with an independent minded teenager along, the villa includes a separate annex, comprising of a self-contained room with bathroom facilities, which fronts an outside gaming area, complete with pool table. Constructed as part of the Viewpoint community project, this holiday property is minutes from all major amenities, including the beach.

Kitchen:
Fitted with granite worktops, appliances include a fully fitted oven and hob, Dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for ten persons. The washing machine is situated at the rear of the Villa. Ironing board and iron are provided.

Living Room:
The spacious living area offers comfortable seating for ten, with a separate dining table and chairs seating 8 persons. For your enjoyment a cable TV with CD/DVD player is provided offering many choices of programmes. High speed wireless facilities are included, bring your laptop!

Bedrooms:
Bedroom - 1 Queen-size bed with ample furniture. Bedroom - 2 King-size bed with ample furniture. Bedroom - 3 Queen-size bed with ample furniture. Bedroom - 4 Queen - size bed with ample furniture. Bedroom - 5 King size bed with ample furniture (Rear Extension). All fully air conditioned.

Bathrooms:
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities except bedroom 4, there is a further cloakroom of the living area with toilet and wash hand basin.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
