Location

The location of Baan Rim-Sat is only 4km from Jomtien Beach, with its wide selection of international and Thai restaurants and a vibrant nightlife scene. Pattaya is only a 15-20 minute drive from the property, which means that within a short drive you can be at Tesco Lotus, Big C and a host of other shopping centers, bars, and hundreds of restaurants serving cuisine from the four corners of the globe. Tourist attractions such as the Pattaya Floating Market, Alangkarn Theater and the Phienix Golf Club are all nearby. This is a great location for those that enjoy a tranquil and private existence whilst still being close enough to all the local attractions and facilities that contribute towards a great holiday experience.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very large, providing you with lots of space for your self-catering options. With the spacious black granite countertops and breakfast bar, there is lots of space for food preparation. The dark wooden units not only provide lots of storage space, but they also blend in nicely with the décor of this European styled kitchen. The choice of appliances includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster and an extractor.

Living Room:
One of the great things regarding the living room is the scenic views looking out towards the garden and private swimming pool. With immensely comfortable fabric laden settees and a host of entertainment options that include a TV with international cable channels and a CD/DVD player, you can relax in comfort and enjoy your holiday to the maximum.

Bedrooms:
All the three bedrooms have air-conditioning and relaxing environments. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with nice wooden furniture and lots of room. The second bedroom is similar to the master, with a king-size bed and stylish furniture and fittings. The third bedroom has two twin beds, which is ideal for those travelling with children.

Bathrooms:
All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, which all own showers, wash basins and toilets.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
