Vacation Villa Rental Description:
The pool area is large, and the pool itself is very well designed, with underwater lighting, and non-slip flooring around the pool. The edges of the pool are lined with established coconut and palm trees, providing shade and privacy within the high walls that surround this villa. A large, shaded patio area provides ample seating for alfresco dining, and a cool place to relax during the warmer parts of the day. The lounge area commands a view of the pool through a large glass frontage. The kitchen is discreetly tucked away around the edge of the lower floor. The master bedroom is downstairs, with patio doors opening out onto the pool. The smaller bedroom downstairs has its own private wet-room. Upstairs, to large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, share a communal lounge area. Palm Springs is very close to all of the local highlights, and the beach is also very close by.
Kitchen:
Full equipped European kitchen - microwave, oven, hob, toaster, rice cooker. All the pans and utensils you need to realize your full vacation chef capabilities.
Living Room:
Two living areas, one on the ground floor and another on 2nd. Fully reclining leather sofa and armchairs on the ground floor enabling you to experience total relaxation whilst watching your favourite movie or a quick nap after a hectic night out on the town.
Bedrooms:
Four large bright and airy bedrooms with King and Queen size beds, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Modern furniture with sizable balconies overlooking the private pool.
Bathrooms:
Suited bathrooms with shower and hot tub on master bedroom.
Kitchen:
Full equipped European kitchen - microwave, oven, hob, toaster, rice cooker. All the pans and utensils you need to realize your full vacation chef capabilities.

Our refund policy is as follows:
15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
