This cosmopolitan town with its upmarket boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, is also home to a number of endangered species including the only forest elephant in South Africa and the unique Knysna seahorse. Humpback and Southern Right whales frolick along the coastal waters from May to December, while dolphins are year-round residents. Known for its temperate Mediterranean climate, Knysna and the surrounding area is an eco wonderland for nature lovers and a playground for outdoor and adventure enthusiasts.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.Special arrangements made for last minute bookings.
Terms and Conditions:
Pricing is per person, assuming a minimum of 6 people. Groups of less than 6 are welcome , but will be charged for the house on the minimum basis of the per person price x 6.
Special offers might be available for groups of 12. Ask us.
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
2. Full payment must be received by us at least 60 days prior to arrival.
3. A damage deposit of 5000 Rand will be due with the final payment and will be returned within 30 days of departure. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it and in a tidy and orderly fashion. Guests are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.
