The upper level has an open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area, three bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath. The upper level living area opens to a deck with outdoor dining. The lower level has a second, full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms (one is accessed through the other), and a full bath. The lower level living area opens to a deck with outdoor living room set. Steps lead to a large patio and a fenced yard with gate to the beach. The hot tub is on its own deck inbetween the upper and lower level decks. Parking is limited to 4 cars. House is ~2000sf. This is a riverfront home.
