OCEANSIDE: (3K, 2S, 2PYR, daybed w/ trundle) Located in Spindrift a gated community on an extra large beautifully landscaped located on a quiet cul-de-sac only 900 ft to beach access.
New owners have purchased this beautiful home and are making Many New improvements and updates for 2011: New bamboo flooring in great room, New ceramic in the EXPANDED HUGE gameroom with small pool table, New Hot Tub, New TVs, new interior painting, and much more!
The great room has a fabulous wall of windows allowing natural light throughout this spacious living area w. TV/DVD. Full kitchen with breakfast counter seating up to 5, two dining areas with circular dining tables. Screened porch off dining area allowing for additional outdoor dining space. Spiral staircase leading to a loft area above great room with daybed and trundle.
The middle level has two King Master Suites with TV/DVD, jetted tubs, separate shower with twin sinks as well as private balconies overlooking the pool. Outside: Private swimming pool (can be heated for additional $350 fee) with enclosed outside shower and changing room, hot tub, basketball court, picnic table, lounge chairs, family volleyball court, driveway with plenty of parking. Short walk to community tennis. Family dog is welcome.
