This is a two storey property situated on the Sanctuary at West Haven community in Davenport South of Disney theme parks. Upon entry there is a seating area with two sofas. The dining area seats six. A further seating area with two large sofas has patio doors to the pool area, large flat screen TV, DVD and games console with some games. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area seating four and separate utility room. Master bedroom has King size bed, walk in closet, TV and patio doors to pool area. En-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower, WC and twin basins. Bedroom two has Queen bed with closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Bedrooms three, four and five all have twin beds with double closets. There are two further bathrooms with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Upstairs there is a 'loft' area with computer, speakers and high speed internet. There is also a games room with table football and 'bar style' seating for two. This property has a Playstation 2 for guest enjoyment. To the rear there is a fully screened in large oval pool with a pool security fence for added child safety, spacious patio with ample seating and outside the screen there is a deck with and extended deck seating. Property benefits from having a wide grassy area directly behind it.

Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
