Fantastic four season cottage rental with great swimming and modern amenities! This cottage is newly renovated with style, and is a comfortable retreat to be enjoyed by the whole family. Located near Rideau Ferry and a short drive to the historic town of Perth Ontario, there is lots to do in this four season vacation property. Relax outside with beautiful views, enjoy swimming, fishing and boating on the lake, visit local historic sites, restaurants and great shopping.
Day trips can include: A short drive to Rideau Ferry for ice-cream or for dinner (5 minutes), a drive to Ottawa, the nation’s capital, rent a boat on the lake for a fishing adventure, or a visit to the picturesque towns of Perth or Smiths Falls to take in the attractions and parks, both only a 12 minute drive from the cottage! The Port Elmsley Drive-n Theatre is only a 7 minute drive as well!
There is nothing better than a vacation at a Canadian lake-front cottage for all ages. The loons are calling.
This cottage is conveniently located not far off of highway #15 at the halfway point between Toronto and Montreal, one hour from the Canada/USA border, and only one hour from Ottawa. A great place for extended Families to congregate.

Credit Card Payments Accepted:
Any cancellation made by the Renter shall be in writing and addressed to RLPM at the address stated at the top of the booking application form. Cancellation can also be emailed and will be considered accepted once a confimation reply is received. On receipt of such notice of cancellation the Company shall endeavor to rebook the holiday accommodation for the period of the original booking. If RLPM is successful in rebooking the holiday accommodation for the entire period originally booked it shall refund to the Renter all monies paid (whether deposit or full payment has been made) less a cancellation fee of $100.00 per period booked will be returned. If RLPM shall be unable to rebook the holiday accommodation, then all monies paid by the Renter (whether deposit or full payment has been made) shall be forfeited to the Company. If RLPM shall be unable to arrange the rental of the Property, due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, RLPM shall attempt to arrange alternative holiday accommodation of a similar type and cost and standard and in a similar location as that originally requested by the Renter. If the alternative holiday accommodation and/or rate is not acceptable to the Renter, RLPM shall refund in full to the Renter all monies paid by him/her to RLPM. Requests by the Renter for alternative accommodation and/or dates will be provided only if the original booking property/time can be re-booked, and it will result in an additional administrative charge of $50.00.
Terms and Conditions:
Reservation is secured with a 30% deposit paid via personal cheque (if time permits) direct deposit, or email money transfer, completed renter's contract (forwarded with booking information), and post-dated cheques for the balance of rent and security deposit. Security deposit cheque will be held in trust and not cashed unless needed to due to damages or cleaning expenses incurred. If no damages or cleaning fees are to be with-held, the Security Deposit cheque will be mailed back, marked void within one month of check-out. $200 cleaning fee includes departure cleaning and all taxes.
Pricing Notes: Included in rental: peddle boat, fire pit, two full bathrooms, wi-fi, A/C, gas BBQ, Washer/dryer and two kayaks!
Bedrooms: two bedrooms have one queen bed in each, one has a double bed, and the last bedroom has a trundle bed with two single mattresses. Sleeping for 8 people total.
