This lovely condo directly faces the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. It's very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning. It's also in a very quiet area of the resort. We did not hear any noise from other guests. Beach towels, cooler, and snorkel gear were also available for use by the guests. We found the king bed to be very comfortable. |

Perfectly perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean, this place had it all. Windows overlooking the water, a large patio overlooking the water, GREAT location in the heart of Princeville, etc. We loved falling asleep listening to the waves and waking up with the sunrise just outside our window. The condo was in very good shape but some of the furniture was old and a little worn. However, the beds were perfect. They also stock the condo with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equip, etc. So easy. Renting the condo also gives you access to bbq areas, a pool and a tennis facility.I'd say the only negative thing about this condo was that there were a few ants in it at times but this is VERY COMMON in kauai. we sprayed them and they stayed out the rest of our stay. Also, an FYI this place doesnt have air conditioning. Which was fine even on the 90 degree days since you just pop open the windows and you get the ocean breeze. Actually made it better for really getting into the beach sounds and atmosphere. STAY HERE. Its a great deal. |

Stayed for 8 days in September, 2011 The photos really say it all -- This property has jaw-dropping views from the living room, deck and both bedrooms. We're talking about completely unobstructed, 180-degree ocean views, with the water so close you will fall asleep every night to the sound of waves crashing outside your window. This is also a corner unit so you have less chance of being disturbed by a noisy neighbor. During our stay there was no one occupying the unit below or next to us, so I can't judge overall soundproofing. The location is very nice, with the only possible drawback being that there is no beach below, just a cliff. But there are plenty of beaches nearby. The property was very clean and mostly in fine condition -- The only things I could pick out that needed repair are pretty nitpicky (a sticky lock here, a broken windowblind there... Very very minor stuff). For two couples this is a no-brainer, especially considering the price! We had a marvelous time and hope to go back as soon as humanly possible. |

Wow you won't believe it. You also have to love the roar of the ocean because it's right there and it does roar. You can always close the windows but you're there because you love the ocean, sound and all. The condo is very spacious and quite clean and would be very comfortable for two couples or a family. Not much to get picky about this condo as it's got a lot to offer. No gas barbeque but there is a communal one to use with charcoal briquettes. Could use two more deck chairs if there are four people. Location is within a good long walk to Princeville with grocery shopping and lots of other shops. No beach nearby for sitting unless you count the very long walk to the beach at the St Regis Princeville resort. A couple other beach options that require agility to hike down to. All said we'd go here again for sure. |

It is nicely appointed w/fun artwork,SUPER COMFY beds and all you need for home away from home.(Except a coffee filter for the first morning.I nearly cried) You will see and hear only the sea and a view of the points from the front windows and lanai which makes it seem private and remote. The lanai is sketchy-tilts a bit downward.I did not feel comfortable near the rail as it appeared to be repaired with caulking but my carpenter husband said it's perfectly safe. We enjoyed every sunrise there. The bldg. is beginning to show its age but aren't we all? Lovely, clean, bright & happy unit, quiet area but close to everything you could want to do on the north shore. Wish we had spent more time here so I guess we will just have to come back! In the two years that had passed since our last visit, the front screen door is badly broken and in disrepair. The front door is hard to open and the lock needs replacing. We love the location, privacy and view! The bed is really comfortable. The condo was clean, but will need some inside touch up paint in the near future. For a 10 day stay we were given only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There was no kleenex in the condo. Only one spare TP in the bathroom. However, we would recommend the condo to friends and would book again in the future. |

One of the best locations on the island Wyeth C. from Chatham, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2010 The view from atop the sea cliffs was unparalleled. We saw the June sunrise and sunset from the lani. Awesome snorkeling right below the cliffs with many fish and sea turtles. Can't wait to go back!! |
