Timbers 3075: Enjoy the convenience of skiing down to the lift in the morning and back for lunch. This gorgeous 2 bedroom,3 bath condo has beautiful mountain decor, high-end furnishings, and high quality mattresses for a great night's sleep.174384
As you can see from the photos, this is a very special condo. If you want a hassle-free luxury ski vacation, then look no further. This true ski-in/ski-out condo will redefine your perception of convenience. Opening the door of the condo, you will be struck by the wall to wall windows and tasteful furnishings and appliances. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. The master suite has a private entrance to the balcony, a wall of windows with beautiful mountain views, king sized bed, TV with cable, and a private bathroom with jetted tub and oversized shower. The second bedroom will comfortably sleep 4 people with a bunk bed and trundle bed. This room also has its own private bathroom and TV with cable. The dining room table will seat 6 people, and there are two additional seats at the island in the kitchen. Your group will enjoy the cozy living room with the gas fireplace, TV and DVD player. The owner has also purchased a small selection of games for your enjoyment. On the balcony, you can sit and listen to the Snake River and enjoy the views. High-speed internet access is included, and there is a private washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This condo in pristine condition. We are looking for responsible travelers to share in the benefits of this great home.
This north-facing condo has a great view of the Snake River a few hundred feet down the mountain. Standing on the deck you will see River Run Village through the trees and the Gore Range further in the distance. The scene really is breathtaking no matter what time of year. In the spring, summer and fall, our rates are very affordable, and there is a lot to do in Keystone all year round.
When you are ready to ski, simply go downstairs, put your boots and skis on, and go. In two minutes you will be at the high-speed ski lift. When you get tired of skiing at the end of the day, ski back to the Timbers--ski right up to the door! Take a break. Then gather everyone together and walk five minutes to dinner and shopping in River Run Village. This is how a ski vacation should be! And it will be if you stay in this condo.
The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that the Timbers has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace.
There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Timbers guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room, sauna, and fitness facilities located on the first floor. Oversized ski lockers are also located on the first floor to store all of your equipment. Your family and friends will also enjoy the spacious lobby with sitting areas, chess tables, and piano with a large, gas fireplace. There is also complimentary hot chocolate and newspapers for Timbers guests.

Timbers 3075 A guest from Longwood, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 Views are wonderful! Very convenient to slopes and shopping. Very clean. Could have use a few small blankets on chair and couch for keeping warm while watching TV. Could have use a few storage containers to keep leftovers. Mattress on master way too hard for me. The building elevators take way too long to get anywhere on time. Maintenance and Housekeeping should be using a different elevator to allow guests a faster ride. Maybe signage and another trash can to use for recycling. Overall nice! Coffee/hot chocolate in lobby nice! |

Terrible Customer Service from Summit County Mountain Retreats Jenny A. from Niles, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2012 The unit had NOT been cleaned from the prior guests. Dirty towels laying all over the floors,garbage piled up by the front door, and VERY old food in the kitchen - including meat that had expired over a month ago. It was an awful way to start our Spring Break vacation. When I called SCMR they informed me they could get a cleaning crew out in 2 hours! We had traveled all day and were exhausted.Summit County offered for us to stay 1 night over in Lone Eagle and then we would move back to this location the next day. They said they would send someone over in 10 minutes to give us a key for the new room. THIRTY-FIVE minutes later as we sat in the hall a gentleman showed up with the keys. We carried all of our luggage downstairs, loaded it in the truck, drove over to Lone Eagle, carried it up upstairs and moved into our temporary room. Soon we found no control of the heat in this unit and we were baking in our bedrooms.We made a call to SCMR but they did not answer/return our call. We had to sleep with our windows open for the night because the heat was so intense.We got to listen to the partiers in the pool & the ski slope grooming vehicles all night.The next day we had to pack up all our suitcases again because we had to move back to our original rental unit.We are not impressed with Summit County employees at all. The initial call we made regarding the state of the condo was met by indifference and arrogance on the part of Summit County employee. It gave us the feeling that this must happen all the time and we should be thankful that they even offered as an option to sleeping in squalor that first night. We also asked repeatedly what the company was going to do for us as far as compensation for the inconvenience and the person on the other line always told us that Sherry was the only one that could discuss that with us. This same conversation happened this day we have not heard from "Sherry". |

Stayed for 2 days in January, 2012 This condo was in pristine condition and had many extras like games, DVDs, and extra kitchen appliances (Crockpot, rice cooker, serving ware). The master bath was spa-like and there were even two bathrobes for us to use. I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer because that meant that I did not go home with as much dirty laundry. The location of this condo is convenient to the lifts and restaurants, making this a perfect destination vacation. The only inconvenience was not knowing the password to the wi-fi and having to wait until the next day to contact tech support because the management company did not have the correct password on file. Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable! |

The ceiling light in the master bedroon did not work. Windows in the master do not work well in fact one in the middle of the west wall would not close using the crank. I popped the screen so I could help the closing process for fear of breaking the crank. Overall the place was great!. |

We found it difficult to find things without this inspite of Keystone being so small.
