Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor of The Springs. It is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of the ski slopes and mountains. The condo features all new mattresses and furnishings. There are 3 master bedrooms all with private bathrooms, one king and two queen sized beds, and flatscreen TVs. One of the master bedrooms also features a private balcony and jetted tub in the bathroom. The fourth bedroom will comfortably sleep 3 people with a full sized bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has a flatscreen TV. The fourth full bathroom is just across the hall. The spacious kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home. There are four barstools located at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room features a large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and spectacular mountain views. The dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people. The balcony has four chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony.
This condo features some of the best views of the ski slopes and gondola. Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony.
The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola. If you exit the condo from the balcony through the pool area, you can utilize the back gate and be at the gondola in 2 minutes. You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching.
The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. There are two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. You will also enjoy the spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table. Just off of the lobby, you will also find a play room for the kids, as well as a media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV. This building also features a heated pool with slide for the kids, wade pool for the little ones, 2 eight-person hot tubs, a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own fitness room & steam room on the first floor.

Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 We have stayed in this building before so we knew the location was outstanding but we had not stayed in this particular unit. It was a terrific condo. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. The view from the living room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well kept. My only negative comment is that the kitchen was not as well stocked as other mountain condos in which we have stayed. There was no crockpot, no blender, and just the bare minimum in cooking supplies. For a condo of this size and quality, we expected the kitchen to be better supplied. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would certainly return. |

Assuming the renters before us paid the same fee, we didn't consider the floors to be that clean. You could also see dirt underneath furniture which made me wonder if they have ever cleaned underneath the furniture. We have passed your feedback on to our housekeepers. Our condo is cleaned after every stay. This cleaning is similar to the cleaning you might have if you had a weekly housekeeper. Furniture is not moved after each stay. A deep clean of the property is performed on an as needed basis. This includes carpet cleaning and a top to bottom cleaning of everything in the condo. |

Unfortunately we only had two dish towels and two hand towels in the entire condo. Daily washing was needed. Also, their was a fix it list on the table when we arrived. None of the items were fixed (slow drains, broken shades, drywall gouges, etc.). Would consider reserving for next season, but would need assurances of unit condition. |

Stayed for 5 days in February, 2011 We have been going to Keystone for a family vacation for the past 6yrs and always enjoy it! We have stayed at Red Hawk which is also a nice facility but the Springs is much nicer with a great pool and jacuzzi and well kept facility. The rooms have always been well kept and nicely decorated, very welcoming. This unit was excellent for our large party of two families of 4 and grandparents. Few improvements could be more lighting throughout the condo, rugs in hallway to lower noise, and better matresses in the 3 main bedrooms. Kids loved their room! Stayed for 5 days in January, 2011 The knives for cutting were awful,even after sharpening. A crockpot would be very helpful in preparing meals. The cookie pan was not the best. It would be great if there was alum foil in the condo. Cheese fell off the pizza to the foil on the bottom of the oven. Alum foil had to be removed because of the smoke. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 This was a very nice condo and we loved the location, view and the heated garage. a couple of suggestions. the key cards were a problem, sometimes work or not, was left outside at the hot tub/pool area twice and had difficulty getting into the locker room. the locker room was nice but we had 10 people in our party, you would think that if you rent one of the largest condos that you would have additional space in the locker room. most of our equipment had to go upstairs. The bedrooms and kitchen very nice, with the number of people we had there was not enough room for everyone in the livingroom for conversation.
