Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This luxurious townhome is located in the exclusive Settlers Creek neighborhood. Since it is a town home, it is significantly larger than most 3 bedroom condos, and it has its own private garage.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome sleeps 9 people with a king sized bed in the master suite, two bunk beds and a trundle in each extra bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. It also features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table will seat 9 people comfortably. After an active day, you can relax in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV or walk over to Minnie?s cabin. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and cable TV, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The private master bath features double vanities, a jetted tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The two secondary bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with bunk beds and a trundle. There is a full bathroom that services these two bedrooms. The third full bathroom is on the main floor.
The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy views of the mountains.
Quick shuttle ride to the River Run Gondola. Shuttle picks up every 30 minutes. If you want to take a stroll, River Run is certainly within walking distance, but you probably would not want to carry your ski equipment to the Gondola.
You can walk to Minnie?s Cabin which is a unique feature of Settlers creek. You have free access to this cabin and it is situated right next to the heated pool, hot tub and large grill. There is seating both inside and out. Inside the cabin is a regulation pool table and large fireplace for your enjoyment.
Enjoy no hassle parking in your own heated garage. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather together at Minnie?s Cabin and grill out, swim, relax in the hot tub or play pool next to the roaring fireplace.

It had plenty of room for us. It was stocked with the necessary items to be able to cook. It was very "Homey" We would definitely go back and stay there! This condo was well appointed and roomy Dan W. from Plain City, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 My brothers and I went here for our annual ski trip. We have been visiting Summit County every winter for the last 20 years or so and have stayed at all of the usual locations. We usually book at Gateway but they were full so we looked elsewhere, and we're glad we did. We fly into Denver, rent a car and drive out. We always stay at Keystone but ski Copper, Breck, Vail, Keystone, A-Basin-basically we look at the snow reports in the morning and follow the snow. Keystone is centrally located to all of the area resorts. This place is back out of the way a few minutes, but if you rent a car it's no problem at all. There is bus service too but we didn't need it. Condo is roomy, 3 full baths, beautiful big master, big comfy bunk beds and nice big flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Mini's cabin is excellent. The two hot tubs were nice. Saw kids using the pool in 10 degree weather but that's not for me. Pool seems awfully small for summer guests, but overall this place is excellent, and over the years I've seen them all. Peace and Quiet.. Robert B. from Aurora, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 Our family of 5 with kids ages 8, 6, and 6 loved the condo at Settlers Creek. The 2 upstairs bedrooms for the kids each had a queen bunk with a trundle. Their rooms were connected through a Jack and Jill bath. They loved having their own space. The master was big with a beautiful bathroom. Beds were comfortable and sheets were nice. The eating area has a big table and was perfect for us. I think you could seat 8 easily. We did have a problem with the oven not working. I called the management company and they sent over a maintenance guy within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and took care of it for us. There is an outdoor year round pool with 2 hot tubs just 3 units down at Allie's Cabin. The cabin is for Settler's Creek only and has a pool table and place to hang out. The Keystone shuttle stops at Allie's Cabin so getting to the slopes and other areas of Keystone wasn't a problem. We loved it so much we started looking for units for sale in Settler's Creek. |

Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 It was good experience. i just want you to know that there was little things that were borke and need to be fixed, upstairs shower will not work with hot water just cold, stove buttons need to be replaced not fixed had to use a fork to operate, main level bathroom almost locks you in door handle needs repaired or replaced, and one chair needs missing screws replace on the back were the seat meets back and another chair had a broken decortive knob that feel off when we moved the chair. it was a nice stay and would come back again just needs a few little things addressed. Fabulous Mountain Retreat A guest from Ft Collins, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 Peaceful, beautifully appointed home in the woods. This property is huge! 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 4 Tvs! Lots of windows. Movies, games, game system! The kitchen had everything you needed X 3! Spice rack, baking supplies, gas range! Gas grill on the porch. Luxurious master bed/bath. Everyone had there own space! A home away from home! Garage! Minnie's cabin was great too! We had a ball playing billiards and enjoying this building. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, but out of order for us! We can't wait to come back! Worth every dollar at anytime of the year. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 This is a very nice town house about a 2 minute drive from the main village in Keystone. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. I have 3 young children and they enjoyed the heated swim area about 2 buildings down from the town house. The only issue we had was that the unit does not have air-conditioning. The weather was nice enough to open all the windows and the unit was very comfortable. The problem was that all three of my kids still nap and they would wake up when cars drove by or people were walking over to the pool area. When we closed the windows, the rooms started to warm up. We figured it out, but just something to think about if you have napping children. We would definitely come here again. |

My husband saw a bear one morning, a highlight for him, wish we had seen it. There was a bird nest in the wreath on front door with newly-hatched babies. We were very careful to close/open the door with great care. Also, informed rental agency to tell all others about it. We enjoyed the grill, using it almost nightly. My husband is a professional BBQ cleaner(Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning) in Denver and recommends a cleaning for it to help prevent rust and help protect the grill thru the winter. BBQ utensils would be helpful. I thought the townhome was very tastefully decorated, but the carpets could use a good cleaning. Overall, a terrific time there!!! |

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 We stayed here at the end of March 2012 and had a wonderful time The unit was very clean, modern, convenient to Minnie's cabin and the shuttle stop for Keystone. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and can probably comfortably fit 7-8. Other mountains are not far - about 10 min drive to a basin and 20 to Breckenridge. Views from the townhouse were pretty. We decided to stay here as we felt it would be quieter than River run (which it was, very peaceful) I would definitely stay here again. |
