The Casa de la Diversidad is located in a village, called Ojochal or Tortuga Abajo, on the South Pacific coast, right above the Peninsula of Osa. The villa spreads out on 125 m2_ and includes a terrace, a kitchen-bar (great room), a 30m2 bed room, a second smaller bed room, a bathroom, a laundry space with a external restroom, and of course a swimming pool, designed for those who like to exercise by swimming. To preserve personal effects from the moisture, the house is equiped with an air conditioning / deshumidifier system. Also, an alarm system is set In both bedrooms to prevent any intrusion. The windows and external doors are protected with bars elegantly designed. The property is in the centre of Ojochal, between the ocean and the Green mountains. Many walks are possible. The closest beach is Playa Tortuga, located at twenty minutes walk by foot from the villa. Playa Ventanas is at one hour by foot or ten minutes by car. Playa Ballena is at height kilometres, that is to say fifteen minutes by car. To go out for diner, many restaurants with international cuisine are attainable by walking.
