The villa is furnished with antiques and is in typical tuscan style.Ground floor: big entrance, the large living room, fireplace corner, lovely relax area and the sitting area with TV set (Tv satellite, DVD,VHS and stereo, the dining room for 12 people, a kitchen fully equipment ,laundry ,toilet and a strong-room with a big safe . First floor: 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms "en suite". The main bathroom has a wellness corner with a double Jacuzzu bathtube and sauna. Nearby Villa delle rose (1,5 km) there is a little village with shops,postal office, pharmacy, supermarkets, bank... Our city center is at only 5 kilometers.
