Security Deposit of $300 is required and refundable within 14 days of departure after inspection.

Rental Fee plus Hawaii State taxes of 11.42% are due 60 days prior to
arrival. We have a cancellation policy.

A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a reservation, the balance of fees is due and payable 60 days prior to arrival date.
