Great place, a bit of a rough neighborhood. Loved the pool but there were issued with the waterfall and tile pieces falling off that worried us with children. Once the whole place (the other two bathrooms are updated) it will be a lot better.

Fantastic Pool and Hot Tub. Great house, nice and comfortable. Well thought out. The owners had everything labelled and everything you needed was there. Wifi was good, we streamed 4 Leaf hockey games to our laptop and watched them in the hot tub. Attractions close by and golf was cheap.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays for a visit to Universal Studios and a family reunion. The house was an excellent location for both. We had no problems accommodating our family of 6 plus 4 other family members. The house was so nice and roomy that we hosted the family reunion for 2 days. Having 25 people over, feeding and entertaining them was no problem at this house. The cost of renting hotel rooms for all of the people who stayed would have far exceeded the price we paid for this house. And the bonus is that Orlando's theme parks are about an hour away.

The house was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar so much. The only thing I didnt like was that there wasn't any dog friendly beaches around so we didn't go to any beaches, but that's only if you have dogs if you don't that you will not have any issues. Overall it's a good experience and I recommended to anybody especially a big family.

Had a great stay at this location. House was very spacious, and had great amenities. Many things were inclusive. Outside bar was awsome, we spent most of our time in the backyard. Jacuzzi and pool were great! Beds were comfy, full kitchen was nice so we didnt have to spend money eating out much, and staff was great. Very helpfull and ffiendly staff. Only negative is that we couldnt get the stereo system to work throughout the house or outside. Overall I would deffinitely recommend to others and will most likely rent again in the future.

We had a great stay at the home. We had a few issues with electronics, but David and Michael were incredibly helpful and very prompt in dealing with any issue we had. The were extremely professional and friendly. We could not have expected a better home, especially for such a great price. Our whole house had a great experience and were completely thrilled with the property.

With the exception of the cleaning lady still being there and making us wait outside when we arrived at check-in time, our stay was amazing. There was more than enough space to accommodate our party of eleven. The stereo system was difficult to figure out at first, and the number to call for help never returned our calls, but we eventually figured it out and it worked perfectly. Great location, clean house, stocked kitchen appliances, amazing pool, jacuzzi, and tiki bar. Very Pleased! Will definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area!!

The home has a great layout and a very nice pool. However it needs a complete overhaul in the 2 bathrooms in the front of the house and a thorough cleaning. The bath towels and linens were pathetic. You should require a deposit and if the linens are stolen you can recover the cost. Pull up the dirty carpet and put down tile. Use mold and mildew removal at every cleaning!

Fun property to stay at. The backyard was the selling point, however we had a lot of trouble with getting things fixed. If you call the 24 hours emergency line (which we called many times) it just says all representitives are busy please call back and hangs up on you. We had water flooding the front bedroom as well as the entry way due to a faulty air conditioner. The management company came and looked at it twice but never fixed it! We had to wash towels twice a day to keep the water cleaned up!! The house was either HOT or Cold no happy medium (air conditioner did not work). Loved the location and the back yard, BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!!!! But overall loved the house, not the management company.

The Skylark property was a great place for relaxing with friends from across the country for a long weekend. The backyard pool, hottub and tiki bar were wonderful. The condition of the house was very good. While the house isn't particularly new, it is in good condition, clean and had up-to-date amenities. The house-wide sound system was an especially fun feature. Our group of friends would definitely rent this property again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. The house inside was a different story. It was VERY dirty, beds not made, and linens/towels not washed. We contacted the agency and they were very helpful in providing substitutes immediately for us. The agency was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the house and told us they were going to address this with the cleaning company immediately. If this house was clean and a few things fixed (door handle to outside pool area broken) this would be a top notch place to stay for vacation. If you are going to rent, check on the cleaning situation first!

Overall, the experience was good and house nice.The good:Very nice entertainment home with beautiful pool, hot tub, tiki bar. All the amenities you need to entertain. Good for couples. Well stocked with most everything we needed for the week as far as utencils, supplies, etc. Clean and spacious. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. 10 min or less drive to beach. 5 min or less to stores, restaurants, etc.The bad:Although safe, the neighborhood was not well kept. There were 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room with bunk beds. The bonus room was unusable. Someone obviously had a cat who sprayed in that room. It was also obvious that someone tried hard to clean it and used a lot of solution. The room had a strong odor and I wouldn't have put anyone in there to sleep. Fortunately, the odor was contained to that room only and we didn't need it anyway so we just kept the door closed and problem solved. The only other issue was that out of the 3 bathrooms, 1 of them had not yet been renovated and looked a lttle trashy. The shower needs to be gutted and retiled. A guy wouldn't care but a lady wouldn't use that shower. Thats my summary. Overall, I give it a 3.5/5.0.

The pool and hot tub are awesome. The heater and sound system weren't working when we arrived but Pytha sent experts right out and got them both up and working. Great party house but also okay for families. Would recommend renting from Pytha to anyone! We have rented from them twice and they have been great to work with!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable, plenty of room for my family and my parents. We are going to book for another visit. The only thing that we had a problem with was that we didn't find the book with instructions until the night before we left. The internet was not very good. This really did not detract in any way from our stay. The kitchen is great and the pool was wonderful.

We were surprised and disappointed in the condition of the property. Burned out light bulbs, non-working equipment such as ceiling fans, broken handle on the patio door to the back yard, broken toilet. We also had to call to have the pool cleaned upon arrival, even though we requested that the pool be ready, ahead of time. The paint was flaked off in many places and there was mold on shower curtains and in the shower. Carpets in the bunk bed room was also very dirty. Overall we were disappointed in the property, for the price we paid for it.The house has a lot of potential with the number of bedrooms, the large family room, backyard pool and spa, but a lot of work would be needed to let this house live up to its potential.

Nine of us, from 4 to 84, had a fantastic stay over the Christmas holidays. The facilities met our every need and then some. Mark Mahon of Pytha was a great help. A christmas tree was requested prior to our arrival and the owner happily supplied one without a second thought. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a family vacation in the central FL area. It is a great temporary home located close to all the familiar tourist facilities.The only improvement I would like to see is possibly a small instruction pamphlet for operation of the pool, bar and house wide sound system. We spent a lot of time figuring it out on our own. Overall I give it a 9 out of 10.

Some of the dining chairs wore dirty and not in good condition. Need to have better cleaners specially the floor it did not seem they sweep or wet mop at all. Also the bathroom need more attention the rugs wore not vacuum. When we got there on sunday the pool was very dirty, after the cleaning day (wednesday) was very clean. Maybe the pool needs to be clean twice of week when new people arrive and at the middle of the week.

The house is wonderful. Felt comfortable and at home immediately. The Pool and Tiki bar were used everyday. Wireless connection made keeping in touch a snap and we were very sad to leave on Saturday.
