Isabela is a secluded beach town famous for its surfing and pristine beaches. It is a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. This spacious condo is just steps away from the beach on the 5th floor just below the penthouse. From the balcony you have a panoramic view of the beach and surrounding mountains. The condo is in a gated complex with 24 hours security and a patrol guard. The condo has full access to the gym, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pools, children's playground and private gate to the beach. Across the street are restaurants, pubs and kiosks offering some of Puerto Rican's favorite drinks and cuisine. On the weekends you can purchase fresh fish from the fisherman's port and enjoy live music. Reservation Policy: A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation when booking more than 30 days before arrival. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $400 damage deposit fee is fully refundable upon verification of condo condition.

Cancellation Policy: A penalty of 10% of the rental fee for rental cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date. A penalty of 25% of the rental fee for rental cancellation within 30 days of arrival. In an event a cancellation is made within 30 days but if guest re-books for another time within the same calendar year only a 10% penalty is enforced.

Other Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED. Additional guests (more than 6 guests) will be charged an additional $100 per person. For monthly rentals, guests are responsible for paying all utilities (electric, water).

Tax: 7% room tax + 5.5% state tax + 1.5% Mun. tax.
One time cleaning/housekeeping fee of $60.

Except as noted below, the Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of rental without including any taxes and fees.
3. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to Isabela area, Puerto Rico. This does not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate. The rate must be quoted in US dollars.
