The rest I will leave to the lawyers. The lamp shade was so old, not to mention the futrnture.....can't really see that in the picture.. Very Disappointed. A guest from Midland, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in January, 2013 We were very disappointed from the beginning. We opened the door to a horrid odor. It took two days to air it out. The screen doors were very damaged and rotten. They did replace 1 when we were there. ALL need to be. The furniture uncomfortable and the sofa bed was a joke. We did have company and had to fold the 3 king spreads in half to form a kind of mattress, so our company wouldn't sleep on springs! The facuets in kitchen and a bathroom fixture had to be repaired. The next day we had a leak in the kitchen and a plumber had to be called. The toilet seat back cracked and was replaced with a round seat when the fixture was oval. The shower rod was rusty and the back of the curtain covered with mold. We spent a portion of 4 days waiting for repairmen coming to fix things. This all could have been attended to before we arrived. There were no 2 glasses alike, the teflon pans were not useable. We cleaned the windows. We suggest someone from your company should review the condo before renting. It needs to be UPDATED !!! This all being said we would not recommend your company or that unit to anyone. We like Ocean Villa but will use another company for our future rentals. Also too much money for that unit. A good fit! A guest from Rock Hill, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 We wanted something simple but clean. We are a family of three with a dog and this was a perfect size! The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. There were good restaurants right across the street and an excellent grocery store down the road. We stayed in Nov so didn't use beach/pool much. It's an easy drive to other sites. Furnishings were too dated and bathroom and kitchen lacked wash cloths and dish cloths. However those were provided when requested. DVD player in LR was not connected to TV. No cable was available for connection. Did not realized until we arrived how far away from the beach this unit was. Was quite a walk carrying chairs, etc. Had to drive and park. Would not have rented this particular unit had I known this. Map of property should be made available with rental info and distance from beach and pool should be disclosed. Mold, mildew, needs major remodeling.....right by the road too. A guest from Dacula, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 I secured this unit on very short notice. Upon arrival around 7pm, I immediately noticed the bathroom was nasty. ( I knew the rental company couldn't address things this late, so....) The shower had mold and mildew all over it and the rugs were just pulled over the dirty grout. The toilet was not clean, the towels didn't smell clean.... I spent the first night cleaning after making a trip to the store for cleaning products.This unit is in dire need of remodeling - the tub and fixtures are deteriorating, the furniture is cheap and worn out, the mattress is very uncomfortable, the coffee maker leaks and is nasty, and even the blender has been melted so the top doesn't fit! Stuff is just shoved in the closets - it's just gross.Plus, it's NOT a garden view. It's a road view of A1A, literally. The unit is at the very back of the property, right by the road. Long walk to the beach.Very disappointing - thank goodness we were at the beach all the time... Worst vacation ever Scott Z. from Indianapolis, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 We enetered the condo at about 10pm and had to spend almost 4 hours cleaning that night and 2 more hours the next morning due to the state of the condo. The bed was made and things were "straightened up" but the floors were filthy, there were massive stains on the rugs, dinner mats, towels etc and it was clear that no true cleaning had occurred in over a month. After two minutes walking around the condo, our feet were BLACK. We cleaned everything possible with the tiny 1980's style washing machine and contacted vacationrentalpros with pictures. No response. The next day I contacted them again...still no response. Funny how long it takes them to get back to you with problems versus how long it takes them to accept your money. Third day I finally drove down to the VRPros office and explained the situation. They promised me a credit for the "cleaning fee" and the cleaning supplies we bought. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the credit or a call back. Worst service you could possibly imagine, Ruined the vacation. At least we have a good story to tell friends... Deceptions we had Rene H. from Laval, Quebec, Canada does not recommend this property. Stayed for 85 days in January, 2012 Living room furnitures (exept coffe table) are older than they looked on the pictures. Electric appliances (exept frig.) are old and even if they didn't break they realy don't look safe. Mattress cover and bedspread were stained. When vacuumming we found a durty rug and a table panel underneet the bed. According to your picture it looks as if we are very close to the beach while it's a 10 minutes walk. Bathhtub has some dirt that connot be removed as well as mildew and rust on the curtain bar.Finally we found out that our condo was already rented for Feb & March next year without even asking us if we were interested to have it again. But upon arrival we had to strip the bed linens, because sheets were very soiled, after speaking to MGT, we found a set of new linens in the closet and we changed them. Owner also removed TV from bedroom and should make known their is only 1 TV in unit. Unit also needs new blankets because these were very rolled and ragged. Unit was very nice overall and we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can return later... Clean, but needs a few updates A guest from Brandon, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2011 The condo was very clean and the customer service personal with VacationRentalPros were very friendly. The day we arrived we noticed that the TV in the bedroom did not work properly so we called VacationRentalPros whom said they would get a replacement to us the next day. We stayed 6 nights and never received a new TV, an apology or a discount. The only other issue we had was that the contract we signed said that we would have WiFi, but when we called in for the code they informed us that the owner at of our property opted out of WiFi, I would advise that you confirm that the property you rent has WiFi; do not assume that since the contract states that it does that it will. I will say that the property at the condo was very nice, well maintained and offered plenty of security. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 My wife and I spent a relaxing week with our 17 and 14 year old sons in a very family-oriented environment. We drove from Michigan and we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of finding the property and the parking spaces available. We took our dog with us and found the beach very dog-friendly. Drove the suburban on the beach with all the sun and surf equipment (and used the truck as a shade source when the sun got too intense. All-in-all - I give the place 5-stars. The only downside was the walk from the condo to the beach - probably 1/4 mile.
