From the moment you enter Ocean Village Club Q11, you know you're going to be taken care of. Everything is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inviting. Sink into our couch or loveseat, open the sliding glass door, and let the ocean breeze wash over you. You've arrived!
Our living area is equipped for entertainment as well as dining, with a glass-topped table that seats 6 and a TV with VCR and DVD player. Tiled floors are pleasantly cool and easy to keep clean, and a second window in the living room floods the area with light. Ocean Village Club Q11 is Florida-casual at its best!
The kitchen is part of the action, so the cook never feels left out. We've got exactly what you need to make all the drinks, snacks, and full-fledged meals you want. Our full-size fridge holds all your supplies, while the range, double sink, and dishwasher do the rough work. You'll even find a blender, icemaker, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster to get you in and out of the kitchen faster! And don't worry about bringing any special supplies -- our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils right down to the teaspoons!
The two bedrooms in our condo sleep 4 very comfortably. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and all the privacy you need. The master bath is en-suite, with a walk-in shower to prevent slips. It's not your imagination -- everything really is easier and more convenient here at Ocean Village Club Q11!
The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a lovely large window. It also features a full bathroom, so there's no waiting in line for the shower in the morning. An adjacent stacked washer and dryer keep all the swimsuits and towels fluffy, so you don't have to waste a minute of beach time running to the Laundromat or rinsing out your things!
But the best room at Ocean Village Club Q11 may just be our lanai! Boasting a table and chairs, this screened-in outdoor living space is the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely dinner, watch the sunset, or play a game of cards. You can hear the murmur of the waves and smell that alluring sea breeze from our lanai, reminding you of just how close to the shore you really are! And, there is free wifi Internet in the Club House.

The Ocean Village Club complex has a range of activities for everyone in your group. For the sports-minded, two new tennis courts, a well-stocked fitness center, and two swimming pools offer a nice workout. One of the pools is heated for winter, while the other, with a stunning ocean view. For a gentler exercise, give our shuffleboard courts a whirl. And our grounds are grassy, just perfect for pick-up games of football and Frisbee!

There were several other properties available and now I know to ask thoroughly about the bedding. I left more exhausted than I arrived. The condo we had was very nice and very coveniently located to good restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed breakfast,lunch, and reading on the sunny lanai. The pool and beach were lovely. The grounds were beautifully kept. Our unit was spacious and comfortably furnished. We could have lived there and would have signed up for the unit next year if the residents' association had not changed the rules to only one pet per unit. It is unfortunate that the animals have to be limited when, in fact, it is some of the pet owners who should be excluded. We travel with our two Golden Retrievers and would not think of leaving either one or both in a kennal at home. The unit could use some new screens in the sliders and lanai, and shampooing the carpet in the master bedroom wouldn't hurt, other than these, it was a perfect unit and stay. We were disappointed with some of the furniture. The living room sofa and loveseat were unconfortable (we put all of the blankets under the cushions which helped). Also the twin mattresses were uncomfortable (we flipped them). Last of all the unit needs a "deep cleaning" (carpets were soiled, shelves over windows, lampshades and blinds were very dusty and the dining room light fixture was dirty. Very well equipped unit but not as advertised Marilyn T. from Davenport, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2011 Our Unit was in a very good location for the beach and visiting St Augustine City and very well equipped. However it did not have an ocean view as stated in the ad and was not in the location of the condos that the photo map indicated. We had to call for cleaning service when we arrived, the carpets looked as though they were not cleaned before we arrived the unit had a lot of dust on windows and several shelves and fans had not been cleaned in a while. The Patio door would not open from outside because of errosion on the lock and really needed cleaning had a rusted broken chair but it was screened so it was nice to sit out on after we cleaned the chairs. The front door lock was also very hard to open it was loose. Both were reported but never repaired. All in all we had a great vacation despite the challenges with the unit. It would be a last resort rental in the future. The lving area was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Very close to the beach and very quiet. Ate at some great restaruants in the area. Aunt Kate's in Vilano beach on the water and great food, Osteen's very close to Olt Town St. Augustine... homey and declicious. Overall the condo was great. I would recommend that the owner get wi-fi. The main office has a computer and wifi but it is not very cloe walk to the condo. And it was down a couple of times during the visit while the office was closed. Also the twin beds are very hard and just not comfortable for an adult. Probably ok for children.
