You've got a home at St. Augustine Beach! Fully equipped with comfortable furniture and everything you need to live in luxury, our condo at Ocean Village Club F14 brings you within yards of the beach, at a family-oriented resort with all the amenities!
Located on the ground floor, our condo offers all the space your family or group needs, plus a little extra! The first place you'll want to be is on our patio, which looks right over to the heated swimming pool. From this patio you can feel the ocean breeze, smell the salty air, and know that the ocean is just a stroll away. It's also a great people-watching spot!
Open the sliding glass door and step into the living room, a great gathering spot for the whole gang. Our leather couch and loveseat feel wonderfully cool after a day in the sun, and our big TV and DVD player keep everyone occupied during downtime. You'll love how light and airy this room is! The larger couch converts into a sleeper for 2, so if you want to give someone in your party a great view of the sunrise, this is the place to be.
The dining area is actually part of the same room as the TV space, but has a different feel, thanks to its hanging light fixture and general air of coziness. This is a great place to dine, but it also serves as game central for your group. Keep a deck of cards on the table and a stack of board games in the corner; you can have marathon sessions of Risk and Sorry! from here.
The kitchen is part of the activity too, with a low pass-through counter to the dining area. Fully stocked with all cookware, dishes, and utensils, our kitchen is handy and well laid out. You'll appreciate the full-size fridge, range, and double sink, as well as the time-savers such as the microwave, coffee maker, and blender. We've even got a washer and dryer stacked in a closet off to one side of the kitchen, so you can tackle all your "housekeeping" chores at once (and then run off to the beach).
Of course, the most important part of your vacation rental is the sleeping space, and you'll always be wonderfully pampered in the bedrooms at Ocean Village Club F14. Our master suite contains a queen-size bed, TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. The bathroom is en suite, and includes both a bathtub and a shower. Pamper yourself a little -- it's your vacation!
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large TV, and a second full bathroom conveniently just outside the door. All linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for you here at Ocean Village Club F14; don't worry about packing a thing.
As much as you may love our condo -- and we think you will! -- you may not spend much time in it. There's simply too much to do! You're just a few yards from the heated swimming pool, with plenty of lounging space. The tennis courts are close too, as is the clubhouse with its exercise center, lending library, and guest computer (in case you want to leave yours at home -- though you do have free wireless Internet at Ocean Village Club club house). There is even a second swimming pool, with an ocean view!
But the feature you'll probably use first is Ocean Village Club's private walkway to the beach. This path carries you over the sand dunes and right down to the beach. St. Augustine is a very family-friendly, fun beach, with rolling waves, spectacular sunrises, and clean white sand. Each new tide deposits shell and sharks' teeth for enterprising beachcombers to find, and surf fishermen are sometimes rewarded with a tasty dinner. It's a lovely place to spend a day or even a whole week.
At Ocean Village Club you are just minutes from historic St. Augustine, with fine dining and exciting shopping. Sightseeing opportunities are everywhere along the coast. And the Intracoastal Waterway is just at your back, with its quieter waters and lovely nature trails. There is so much to see and do here! Come stay at our condo and have fun at our beachside resort!

Only complaint we had was they asked you to do dishes which is fine but left no soap and also asked us to do laundry but left no soap and also no sponge to wash dishes so we had to go to store and buy these things. I paid a premium for cleaning and you expect me to strip beds, do a laundry, mop floors and vacuum, take out garbage. I can stay home for that!!! I had to scrounge around for an extra roll of toilet paper. No bath gel, shampoo and cream rinse in either bathroom except for an open, preused bar of soap. How husband had to repair the window in the master bedroom which was pushed in, no soap for the washing machine, sliding door can be pushed open after its locked. You do get some carryover noise from the pool but we expected that. The beds were firm and comfortable which is a big plus for my family when we stay somewhere. The only thing I would recommend is that the carpeting have a good cleaning. Lots of parties in the cabana area beginning at 7 and going past ten. There were many people walking around the pool all day with open beer bottles and cans of beer. They were diving into the pool, throwing each other in etc,We had to close the door to hear the tv. I had complained several times, and the first time the young lady at Vacation Pro answering service number told me they could not do anything because you do not own the property. I went to the office on the ocean village property and they did nothing. I let my displeasure known again when I dropped off the keys. I know many people from the last 9 years there did not return and many more are not coming back next year. The main reason was the change in payment policy, and the properties not being kept up by the owners. It was much more enjoyable in the past. We are planning on coming back next year, but we are having many doubts about our decision. St. Augustine Vacation Terrence L. from Sugar hill, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2011 Unit was clean, no issues there. Wireless internet would not work, very nice tech came out and repaired it over two days. The door handle for the sliding glass door was broken, made it a little difficult to open that door, was reported but never fixed. I did state it was not that big of an issue. Everything worked in the unit, TVs, washer/dryer, etc.Unit was right next to the pool which was great and pool was well maintained. Grounds were clean too, no complaints there. Beach was a little farther then I thought, about a 10 minute walk. Beach was very nice and clean as well, not really private but wasn't so crowded that there were an issues. I never had to deal with the staff outside of the person that repaired the wireless issue (replaced the router) everything was done via email as well as checkout. I personally prefer the beaches on the west coast of Florida to the east, but St. Augustine is a pleasant place to visit and this location is very good, close to everything. There are grocery stores less than a mile away, numerous restaurants and old St. Augustine is about a 15 minute drive. Parking can be an issue in the city, make sure you have QUARTERS for the parking meters, most only accept them. The trolley ride tour is worth the money as they show you things you would easily miss. I know they aren't supposed to be comfortable, but even for a sleeper sofa it was bad. But again, that was a minor issue. Pleasantly surprised......that is how we felt when we got to the rental. The condo condo had every possible convenience that we A guest from Jacksonville, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2011 We did need to clean the back patio furniture when we arrived as it was dirty from a recent rain. Only problem we noted was the back slider door which did not open and close easily. One of the buttons kept falling off and it felt like the handle was ready to come off as well. Otherwise, this was a great condo to rent and we would not hesitate to go back again in the future.
