Good Condo a few steps away from Quicksilver Lift

Keyless entry to the condo gives every memeber of our party the option of going to the condo without having to switch keys.A very short walk will take you to quicksilver chair.

We provide ample firewood for any properties that rely on the fireplace as a heat source. For all other properties we give instructions on the nearest facility to purchase the firewood. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2015 We loved staying at Mountain wood - the condo is spacious, well layed out for two couples (two queens instead of bunk beds or twins as most seem to be), and we could have easily fit another couple on the sofa bed with adequate privacy. The place is straight out of the seventies, but everything works. We paid a premium for being able to walk to the lift, but we saved a ton by preparing our own meals and taking full advantage of the kitchen. Two bathrooms are very nice, and the place is huge. There is a large garage with one reserved spot, but there are guest spots that were available (first come first serve), so if you have another car be sure to ask the rental company for another pass as they were unaware that this was the case. It would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper or two, there were none, and the place could use a little better housekeeping - we found some expired prescription drugs in the drawers in the bathrooms. Overall, a great place and when we return to Brek we will probably try to stay in this same place again.

Also a short walk to all of the Main St action. If you want the most updated place, this isn't it, but I still loved it. The furniture is dated, but very comfortable and functional. Overall, this is a great value and I will stay here again.

Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 This review is for a late season rental (April) so the price was rather cheap and definitely weighs in on my review. Walking distance to the lift which really wasn't bad at all. Town was also a 10-15 min walk away which wasn't bad. The pool and hot tub closed at 8pm which was disappointing. Unit itself was is in OK condition but definitely dated. Old couches, old appliances, etc. Nice mountain views from the balcony. Small flat screen with cable in the living room. Master has an older TV with no cable box (or antenna) and a VCR which made it useless. Free internet is a plus. All around a good bargain for what we paid but shouldn't command top dollar mid season. Selling point is proximity to the lift, it's no-frills but if you're there to ski/ride who cares.

The condo is dated but worked okay for 3 days. The master bed and guest bed were fine. We had one guest sleep on the sofa pullout - it was extremely uncomfortable - and she closed it up and slept on the couch.
