Vacation Ruth W. from Winston-Salem, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The location was great, only 20 minutes to Daytona or St. Augustine. Loved the European Village across the street. We had alot of issues upon check in, two lock boxes on the lamp post, didn't know which one to use. Neither of the televisons on the 1st floor were working, alot of lights burned out and we had to clean both the bathrooms on the first floor, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Screen door on upstairs balcony was off. These are all things that should have been taken care of before anyone was allowed to stay. The staff was very helpful and professional but these are all things that should be taken care of before a guest arrives. Overall a good Condo !! Shane H. from Barnesville, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The condo was in good condition and was very spacious for our 7 guests . When we arrived I found a dead cockroach in our master bath downstairs and there was a slight ant problem mainly on the kitchen counter . Overall I would rate this condo a 4 out of 5 . Location wasnt the best for the things we wanted to do its about a 10 min. Drive to the beach and a half hour from the Daytona area where we spent most of our time . I would still recommend this to anyone and would stay again myself . Sub-par Customer Service Todd C. from Greensburg, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 I took some time after our vacation to contemplate about the situation we had with vacation rental pros, so I wasn't speaking on pure emotions. We were very unhappy with the customer service at the Palm Coast location. We arrived after a 14 hour drive and discovered we had two towels in the condo. We are a family of 6 and three of them being 5 year old triplets. A couple of hand towels and two big towels and thats it. I made two calls the first night with promises there was somebody bringing us towels that night. The next morning with my wife crying, because of the frustration from the event, I made one more call. I finally had to get a little nasty and inform them that if there were not any towels in the condo today, I was buying our own and sending vacation rental pros the bill. Just unacceptable, it shouldn't have taken three calls and two days to bring some towels. No excuse! Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 1. the lockbox information was confusing.2. i would refrain from calling this luxury. my friends were staying in luxury just down the street. It was nicely decorated and it was comfortable and it was close to my friends. If I was staying for the beach I would not rate the location as desirable. Great stay, a few issues A guest from Deland, Florida recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2011 FYI. I had a couple of problems with the rental which I think you should be aware of to insure happier renters in the future. Instruction from I-295 states drive Eastbound on Palm Coast Parkway and turn right on Palm Harbor Drive. Good so far! Bullet b. states you will drive UNDER the Palm Coast Parkway bridge. I did, and was way past the entrance to 100 Palm Harbor Parkway. The entrance is BEFORE you reach the the bridge. When I arrived at the rental there were two lockboxes. One had alphanumeric codes and one did not. Our code was H1207. I tried the box with the alphabet and numbers and got "error". I made several attempts with the same results. I did not initially try the other box because there was no "H". We called the management number and they stated they would call maintenance. One hour later I called the maintenance number and through our conversation learned they had been called,but were not on the way to help us ,but the other lockbox was the one that held the key. The "H" was their internal code for Home and didn't have anything to do with the code to get the key. It shouldn't be that difficult or confusing to get in. The unit itself was fine. Very clean and neat, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Couple of minor issues such as light bulbs out and couldn't figure out how to operate the DVD. No big deal. I would not hesitate to recommend the rental to my friends. Best Location in Palm Coast A guest from Kanata, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 27 days in March, 2011 We stayed at harborside village for the month of March and had a wonderful vacation. The location of the villa was ideal for us as golfers (one within walking distance) and serveral others within a ten minute drive. The villa itself was very clean and quite fact this villa is ideal for families or couples that want privacy or space. The master bedroom is plenty big and located on the ground floor while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms (both very large) are on the second floor with a huge bathroom in the center which has access from either room. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked (compared to countless other vacation rentals we have had). It was one of the few locations we found that allowed you to grill in your backyard....a definite for us. The only minor nusances were the fact that the backyard is accessed through the master bedroom and the TV in the living room is wall mounted on the stairwell wall and really only viewable by two people sitting on the loveseat (otherwise the view was obstructed by the staircase railing). The property management company and owner were excellent. We only had a couple of issues on our arrival and both were dealt with immediately.A special thanks to Justine and Rebecca at Vacation Rental Pros.
