Featuring three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large master suite on the ground floor, a spacious lanai with a built-in grill, a modern kitchen, laundry, and a great room featuring a high-definition LCD television and blu-ray player and an Italian sofa and love seat.For convenience, the kitchen includes a rice cooker, deep fryer, ice cream maker, iced tea maker, and popcorn popper. The entertainment center in the great room features digital cable television, free HBO and Showtime channels, and Internet TV, including access to Blockbuster, Netflix, and Vudu for guests who have accounts with these services, as well as Pandora Internet music channels. The townhouse includes wireless Internet access.The master bedroom and great room open out onto the lanai with views of the park in the center of The Fairways complex. A one-minute walk across the park takes you to the amenities center with a large pool, exercise facility, and covered picnic tables for family dining and fun. And just a 5-minute drive away from the townhouse are the Mauna Lani Golf Course and the Mauna Lani Beach Club, which has a private beach ideal for snorkeling and swimming in calm ocean waters. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2013 could not reach your business for help when we tried, no one was working and the message service did not either reach Kona coast or when they did, no one called us back. The concierge ( Michelle ) although friendly, not very good at her job. We had to figure everything out on our own. Otherwise, the home/property were excellent and we enjoyed everything there. We could not figure out how to turn on the lights over the dining room table and fan light in the by the family room tv. |

Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 Everything was great except the lock box code we were given was wrong and we had a bit of a hassle until I was able to phone someone and get the new code. Also, the water was turned off and that was a hassle to figure out - had to read the book, but that's an usual thing to do in a rental and not something one would assume. Visitors should be warned more clearly so you don't have to waste time trying to figure it out. We had one night of cold showers - no fun. Also, the upstairs bathroom had a clogged drain. Plumber came next day to fix it but we again had one night of 6 people all having to use one bathroom. |

Access to the Beach Club is a great feature, though it's not within walking distance. The development is beautifully landscaped and very peaceful, and the condo is large and well appointed. There were just two of us, so we never even used the second floor. Which leads to our only real complaint: the cleaning fees and miscellaneous charges are hefty and no break is given for shorter stays or smaller parties, so it felt like we ended up paying for five nights instead of three. |

One thing though, many of the light fixtures either were not working or the bulbs needed to be changed and with the hieght of the cielings this was not something we could do. Very nice Condo in a Beautiful resort. A guest from Calgary, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in December, 2010 This condo was a very nice to stay at for our Hawaii vacation. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and modernly decorated. There was five of us in our party and there was lots of room for all of us. The grounds around the condo were beautiful and well maintained. This condo was on the inner circle of the Fairways with the back lanai facing the garden court yard. It was a <5min walk to the pool for swimming or sitting in the spa. Our kids enjoyed this. The private beach for the resort was a 5-8min drive. It was very nice and a welcome additon to our stay which we used several times. The condo had a BBQ on the lanai which was very useful for us. |
