Up a flight of stairs, there's a wide front porch with seating. The living room and dining room are open to each other. From the dining area, there's a staircase down to the laundry and game room (ping pong). The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has a breakfast set. The bathroom and the two bedrooms are off the kitchen. The kitchen opens to a patio with outdoor dining and hot tub. From the patio, there are steps down to a small fenced (low fencing) lawn/garden area. House is ~990sf.
