Yet another amazing weekend A guest from Newport Beach, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 Legacy Villas has always been a go-to spot for me, and this spot was among the best! Very nice location, close to the pool and front gate. 2 balconies with great views! Check-in was a breeze (not always the case) and the keypad on the door made it very convenient for our group to keep the place secure. Only downside is that there was no garage to store our car/bikes in, but that's not a very big deal. |

Good and Bad David M. from Vancouver, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 We logged onto the site and were pleased with the pictures and location. We have been to Palm Springs many times and stayed in various locations. We had problems with the sales person from the start. He sent us the wrong contract to sign and then threatened to cancel our stay if we did not re-send additional new contract immediately. He then was insistent on having us sign additional forms for the visa which was my understanding was already taken care of. I believe it could have all been handled more professionally. Upon arriving to La Quenta I drove over to the office to express my displeasure with the whole affair and although the new sales person was very pleasant the original sales person was in fact in the office and never once made any effort to appologize. All in all my partner and friend enjoyed the location except for the fact that we had a nasty note on the bathroom door telling us we would be charged extra if we used the bathroom. It was a little embarassing when one of our guests walked into our bedroom to use our bathroom while my partner was changing after a tennis game. Without an apology I would not recommend this company but enjoyed the location.
