The unit is just a 5 minute walk from one of Hilton Head Island's most beautiful beaches. The complex (Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club)is a gated community with 10 clay tennis courts, 2 indoor racquet ball courts, 2 large heated pools, and 4 playgrounds all of which are free.
The unit includes 2 bedrooms(one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds)and each bedroom has a private full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a clothes washer and dryer, a sofa bed in the living room, and a small private balcony.

Cancellation Policy:
The reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than one month prior to arrival. If less than one month, only if unit is rerented.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment in full is required before arrival. Payment via PayPal is preferred. Payment via check or money order must arrive two full weeks before arrival.
Damage deposit will be refunded within one week of departure assuming there is no significant damage or loss.
