"A Grand Victorian", this 1867 fully restored house is located in Old Cabbagetown, the largest enclave of Victorian homes in North America. Renovated with taste and care for detail, the house has high ceilings, original mouldings and beautiful original fireplaces.

The location: Old Cabbagetown, an ideal downtown location, only 10 minutes walk to Eaton Centre, the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, Ryerson University, theatres & restaurants and other attractions Toronto has to offer; we are also close to public transportation.

The rooms:
Charming third floor suite. Spacious room (400 sq. ft.), original Victorian floors, queen four poster bed, sitting area with fireplace & TV, private bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower.

Huge second floor suite. Spacious 2 rooms (400 sq. ft.), original Victorian floors, queen bed + single bed, private bathroom with separate shower.

Sunny second floor bedroom, queen size bed, private bathroom.

Living room with 2 fireplaces and TV, fully equipped kitchen, back yard, deck, garage, A/C and much more.

House sleeps 6 to 10 people.

Prices quoted are based on an occupancy of 6 people or less (house sleeps up to 9)
Daily rate,minimum stay is 4 nights:
$350/night during the week
$450/night/weekend
$500/night/film festival
$50/night for any extra person. House sleeps up to 9 people.
Weekly rate:
$2500/week/low season + $150 one time cleaning fee
$2750/week/high season + $150 one time cleaning fee
Monthly short term rental rate quoted for low season, min. 2 months and up:
$8500/month + $150/cleaning fee/every two weeks

A deposit of up to %50 of rental fee is required to guarantee your reservation and in case of cancellation. Payment in full is due upon arrival in cash or traveller's cheques. Please allow 2 months for cancellations.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if we can re-book your dates.
Check in: 4:00 PM or any time after that. Please let us know your arrival time, so that we can plan our day accordingly!
