Marais-Pompidou (rue des Gravilliers) - Bedroom+Salon - 40m2 - Apartment Rental Listing Details

This 40 square metres apartment is located in the Rue Gravilliers, few steps away from the Centre Pompidou, all world known as Musée Beaubourg. Louvre Museum, Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance.
The apartment is at 4th floor of 18th century walk-up building. It was renovated on November 2006. It has wooden floor everywhere except in the kitchen, the bathroom and the WC, which are tiled.
The apartment is divided as follows: the entry door opens on short corridor that leads to the living room; then on left-hand side, there is the kitchen and the bedroom. The bathroom access is in the bedroom; the WC is in a separate room.
The living room is furnished by a dining table for 4 people, a sofa convertible in a double bed 140x200 cm, TV set. The bedroom provides a queen size double bed, a wide wall cupboard and minor furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped by electric contact grills, fridge and freezer, and also a dryer/washer machine. The bathroom has tub with fixed shower, sink. Fresh linens and matching towels are included. The apartment can receive up to 4 adults.
The nearest Metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11), Arts et Metiers (lines 3 & 11).

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
