The Condo is spacious and comfortable enough for two couples.The upstairs bedroom has no door butis private enough.Great patio and balcony. No issues with parking as spaces are large and assigned. It is delightfully furnished in an eclectic southwest motif, well equipped from top to bottom in every way, and clean as a whistle. It is within a walk-able distance of the plaza, but far enough away from the main hustle bustle of the tourist activities. Two great patios for sitting out to enjoy the views and the weather of Santa Fe. We loved it, and because of this property we have decided we need to make more trips to Santa Fe just to stay there. I give it an A+ in every aspect. We are so happy to have found it! |

No view except from balcony thru upstairs bedroom. Dryer not working. As for the neighborhood, it was hit and miss. A junkyard was a block away....guess it was someone's home, but please. The plaza location was dubious....run down, sketchy characters, and not so friendly locals. Too many vagrants and beggers for a so called upscale city.Also, when we called for driving instructions, the emergency contact person was pretty clueless. We had to find lockbox location on our own. She was not prepared for a simple inquiry. |

Nice and friendly neighbors that gave me a map to Canyon Road. Now the small downsides... Ther was only 3 of us nut seating was awkward. Sofa placement meant one person lounged si as not to twist neck to watch TV. There were 2 chairs but you could really lounge in them. Comfortable but stiff. When you ski for 7 hard hours relaxing is essential. Also the light was so minimal. With ALL the light on in the master I still couldn't see my wardrobe. That was something I've never had a problem with before. Rather annoying. There are lamps everywhere but it just did nothing... Ceiling lights do such a better job. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Overall I did like the condo. I will choose a one story next time but this was a 'cute condo'! |

The property describes air conditioned. This is not accurate. There was one air conditioner in an upstairs bedroom. This air Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2010 The property owners did not leave adequate instructions on the functioning of the house. For example, there was nothing to indicate what you would do with the garbage. We did ask a neighbor. The TV remote was a nightmare to learn to operate. Many channels were blocked. There was no instructions on what to do in an emergency. The electricty went out and there were no flashlights or instructions on how to operate the fusebox or even where it was. Candles were available but they were not in visible sight. There was no telephone book. You were wonderful in attending to every problem we had......the TV, the electrity, the condition of the cleanliness, the air conditioner, etc. Thank you for your responsiveness.We are very spoiled. We have a wonderful home that is very comfortable. The living room furniture, although very good looking, is not as comfortable as ours. Sorry for being so picky.........but I'm picky. |
