Castillo Coral is a two-story five bedroom four bath home in Las Conchas with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a queen bed, ocean view, patio access, and private bath which has a shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a double and one twin, an ocean view and patio access. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The great room is spacious and airy with large picture windows, couch, dining table, large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation space, and a fabulous view of the Sea of Cortez. Downstairs are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms a wet bar, a spacious area for gathering and a TV monitor for viewing DVD’s (bring own DVD’s). Bedroom three has a double bed and one twin bed, an ocean view, patio access and a private bath. Bedroom four has a double bed and one twin bed ocean view and patio access. Bedroom five also has a double and one twin bed. The covered outside patio is spacious and patio furniture is provided. Other amenities include central air and heat, and ceiling fans throughout, outside shower, charcoal BBQ and a great, large upper deck for extra viewing of the Sea of Cortez. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.
