If you prefer more privacy and a quiet patio where a variety of birds visit each day, please ask about our larger condo, two story townhouse style. Both are exceptionally clean, updated and well maintained.

Just steps from the Blacklake Golf Resort pro shop, this condo is nicely decorated and has all modern amenities including new bedding and bath linens, washer and gas dryer, HDTV's with DirecTV, DVR and DVD, patio with table and chairs and a propane barbeque. The master bedroom, with new king size bed, also has a nice golf course view. Verizon DSL wireless internet access is available throughout the condo and on the patio.

You will find lots of information about local restaurants, scenic drives, days trips, golf, shopping and lots of other things to discover on the California Central Coast.

15 golf courses within an hour's drive (discounts for our guests at several), beaches nearby, try a great day trip to Santa Barbara on the Amtrak train, shopping and Thursday night market in San Luis Obispo (20 minutes north), Deep Sea Fishing at Avila Beach or Morro Bay, wine tasting at Foxen Canyon, Paso Robles area, Edna Valley, Santa Ynez (all within an hour's drive), live theatre at several nearby locations and scenic drives in any direction. You will find plenty to see and do!
