Spacious kitchen with easy access to backyard dining. Comfortable beds... Quiet neighborhood ideal for walking and biking. Close to grocery store and shops. We loved it and would definitely rent it again. |

The only suggestion - since there is no air conditioning, you should have three fans instead of only one. Also the tv in the living room would not connect to dish/cable. We loved the red in the kitchen! Nice backyard for dogs. Thanks. |

Great location/size... definitely needs a good cleaning, though! A guest from Meridian, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Stayed here for 4 days(New Year 2012) ~ We will surely rent here again - very reasonable rate and terrific location, as well. Ponderosa Park just down the street and Payette Lake just beyond... Kitchen/Dining and Living room are large with lots of natural light. Secondary bedrooms and bathroom are configured oddly, but adequate/fine. This home's floors (hardwood in kitchen, carpet and all rugs) need a good, thorough cleaning, for sure! |
