The journey to FOOTPRINTS is as exciting as the destination itself. It starts with a half-hour fairy-tale ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay on mainland Vancouver. Senses delight to sparkling blue waters as the BC ferry meanders through a collection of islands, silhouetted by the glorious Coast Mountains.

The ferry docks at Langdale, your entry point to the Sunshine Coast. Welcome to heaven on earth! A twenty minute drive on the Sunshinecoast Hwy101 is flanked by ocean and giant evergreens. Trees, birds, animals, and flowers all about you. A tapestry of colors. You are gripped with the awesome magic of “coast fever.”

FOOTPRINTS is an eclectically-styled vintage waterfront cottage that comprises:

Private open cottage deck with hot-tub, simulating a tree-house feel with magnificent views of ocean, islands, trees, sky, moon, sun and sunsets. Watch the resident eagles from this spot.

(Off Peak: October to May):
$175 per night - based on double occupancy (minimum 2 nights)
$ 25 per person extra per night up to 4 persons maximum


$875 per wk special discounted weekly rate - based on double occupancy

POLICIES:

Weekly rates based on 6 nights, 7 days.
Off peak: min 2 nights stay; high season: min 3 nights stay.

Maximum number of guests: 4.


Check- in time 3 pm, check- out time 10 am (variations by arrangement)
Cancellation policy: Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less one night rental handling fee; Cancellation within 30 days no refund unless unit can be/is re-rented. If unit is re-rented full refund less one night rental handling fee; Cancellation within 7 days, no refund.
Booking policy: If booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total due at time of booking; Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, then full total due at time of booking.
Rental agreement: Will be forwarded on booking confirmation
