Vacation Condo Rental Description:

The Wave is a splendid apartment with a private balcony and a full ocean view. With a flat screen TV, marble floors and high-end furnitures, this studio is comfortable and elegant. The apartment can accommodate up to four persons as it is furnished with a queen-size bed and a futon-bed for two. The kitchen has granite countertop, a full-size fridge, a microwave, a toaster-grill, burners and a coffee-maker. The building features direct access to the beach, a large pool, a fitness room, front desk with24/7 security guards and a commercial area with bar, internet café and travel agency as well as the notorious Russian and Turkish bath. One parking space, with valet parking, is included with your rental.

Todo muy bien de acuerdo a la descripción y fotos de la unidad, salvo las condiciones del somier que debería de ser renovado así como accesorios de mesa (vasos,platos..)

We had a nice experience staying at the Castle Beach Club. The Location at Collins Ave is great. The beach is right beside the apartment. Great Ocean view from the balcony.

I stayed at 5445 Collins avenue for about 2 weeks while I was on training at Bascom Palmer eye institute this jan- feb. The condo was clean, well maintained, right on the beach, and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping on Collins ave. Pool was clean and nice size but beach chairs were hard to come by. They also had a small bar service near the pool that came alive for Super Bowl Sunday! For the price it was way better than staying at a hotel!

a small and very basic place. but that's just the way i like it. nobody bugged us.if you're looking for more action, though, you might want to stay a little closer to south beach.

We were happy with the overall experience. The property was very clean, wifi worked properly, so did the shower and rest of equipment. Little details like shower curtain and wall painting could be improved.Also at the tiem we were there they were fixing 2 of the 4 elevators of the building so it took a very long time to wait for the elevator. Apparently problem will be solved around nov-decThe building in general also looks like it needs some refurbishment.

The location was great. Room has a great oceanfront balcony. We had a nice time, but a few things that would have made our stay better: coffee filters for the coffee maker, wash cloths, an iron. Also, air conditioner is loud. But the location is great, reasonable rates, easy check in/out.

The windows could not be opened so we could not dry out, most of the apartment could not be ventilated for 8 days and we could not enjoy the view from the balcony!In addition, there was heavy work in the morning from 7am! Very loud for a holiday!

We were shocked to enter our lovely room and find that the The balcony rental that was advertised was in remodeling outside, so that the glass doors were locked and we could not go out there. The following day, we were awakened to drilling...the iron on our deck was being drilled off! The building was in terrible conditions and the pool area roof had huge pealing paint sections. When we complained to the rental office, they lowered our rental fee to compensate, but they said the renovation of the whole property was going to be in progress until October. We feel we were robbed of our four-days in Miami! How could you rent something in these conditions? There aught to be a law again't what you did.
