This wonderful five bedroom, three and a half bath home is a beautiful getaway located just minutes from restaurants, shopping and local happenings. With amazing ocean views, and plenty of living space, this property is sure to be your summertime escape.
As you pull up to this three story blue home, you will find under house parking large enough to fit 2 cars bumper to bumper. For our tenants bringing their family dog, there is a small fenced in run area located under the house that is shaded to keep your pet out of the hot summer’s heat.
Upon entering the house on the ground floor, you will find a mud room, able to store all your beach equipment. To the left is the elevator that can take you to either of the top 2 remaining floors. Directly in front of you are stairs leading up to the next floor. The 2nd floor is where four of the five bedrooms are located. Two of these bedrooms have ocean views. Going up to the 3rd floor, the living space boasts an open floor plan. From the stairway, the kitchen is located to your left with a high-seat dining area. There is also another dining area in front of the kitchen. Directly in front of you, you will see the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV. Your views of the ocean from this room are spectacular and vast. The master bedroom is located on this floor with its own private bathroom.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
