On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 100 m from the lake, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: central heating. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking. Restaurant, ferry 200 m, pebble beach, bathing bay 500 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Please note: The holiday apartment can only be reached by ship! Parking tickets for the public parking spaces by the landing stage can be purchased with the key holder for CHF 20.00/week. The lower ground floor has 6x 2 bunk beds, kitchen, shower/toilet and garden seating: price on request, payable on-site.

This village can only be reached by boat from Wesen, Walenstadt or Murg, or by foot from Wesen. Quinten is a well appreciated holiday destination. 2 restaurants are available. Small, family friendly, car free village directly by the lake, situated at the foot of a mountain. In the resort: restaurant. Access: motorway A3 Znrich - Chur, exit number 47 "Murg". No access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Murg. Public parking in Murg West. Access by train Znrich - Chur. Railway station "Murg". For arrivals by plane: airport Znrich Kloten (ZRH) 80 km.
